As People Operations Lead based in Munich (hybrid) you are responsible for leading all people-related operations, ensuring high quality administrative support for our teams all over the globe. You design and manage TrustYou´s policies and procedures and it is your mission to ensure the best employee experience!

In your role, you are empowered to…
- Take over the leadership of our people operations supported by our People Operations Manager
- Be responsible for all administrative HR tasks and processes along the employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Closely work with our senior management and other stakeholders to ensure professional and compliant HR processes and activities
- Provide expert advice and guidance in all people operations related matters, aligned with legal requirements and our company's policies
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and company guidelines
- Manage annually recurring HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management cycle, employee surveys etc.
- Liaise with external service providers and partners
- Define HR KPIs and metrics and report to senior management
- Support audits and prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for our finance department and our senior management
- Cover for the People Operations Manager during absence
You are a perfect fit if you…
- Hold a Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations or related field (for example Personalfachkauffrau/-mann)
- Bring minimum 8 years experience as HR Generalist or similar role within a fast-paced, international environment and first experience in people management
- Have a strong understanding of HR best practices and standards
- Bring in-depth knowledge of German employment law and regulations
- Adapt to new challenges quickly and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude
- Are an excellent communicator, fluent in German and English, and customer-focused towards our internal and external stakeholders
- Are used to work operative, detailed-oriented and are well organized
- Demonstrate a hands-on mentality and problem-solving mindset
- Are fluent in German and English
