Job Description:
As our manager of our blackBIKE studios at Munich-Hofstatt and Schwabing, you will have full responsibility over the daily operational business at the studio. This includes:
1. Team Leader:
- Leading a team of studio assistants and helpers. Motivating and managing a team should come natural to you.
- Creating work schedules, making sure all classes are covered with sufficient staff
- Hiring new studio assistants and helpers
2. Customer Service
- Covering reception/Check-In whenever possible
- Increase customer loyalty by being present
3. Studio Quality
- You ensure that the studio is always at the highest standard in terms of tidiness, cleanliness and functionality
- You make independent choices in order to improve the quality and keep the standards high
- You advise our cleaning staff and towel delivery company
- You keep an eye on our sound system
4. Other Requirements
- You are 100% flexible and willing to step in if and whenever needed
- You are willing to take on full responsibility and to make choices that are in the best interest of blackBIKE and our high quality standards
- You are responsible for creating a positive studio experience for both employees and customers.
