The company is now leading in the global market of autonomous commercial vehicles and of all-round AI implementation in container logistics. We have cooperated with more than 90 business clients, and our businesses have expanded to several countries in South-East Asia, Middle East and Europe.
[Job Summary]
Relevant Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in selling port machinery or port machinery-related accessories in Europe. This experience could be in the form of sales roles, business development, or account management positions.
Technical knowledge: The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of port machinery or port machinery-related accessories, including their technical specifications, applications, and industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for candidates in this role.
They should be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Sales and Business Development Skills: Candidates should be skilled in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. They should be able to meet sales targets and generate revenue for the company.
Customer Relationship Management: Candidates should be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. They should be able to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and handle difficult situations.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages, especially those commonly used in the European market, would be an advantage.
Travel Flexibility: The ideal candidate should be willing to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: The local European sales manager should have strong communication skills and be able to understand and navigate cultural differences. They should be open-minded and willing to learn about the cultural norms and business practices.
Adaptability: The local European sales manager should be adaptable and flexible, willing to adjust to the work style and expectations of company. This includes being open to feedback and direction, and being able to modify their approach to meet changing circumstances.
Goal-oriented: Candidates should be goal-oriented and driven to achieve results. They shouldbe able to work independently and take initiative to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Educational Qualifications: A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field would be beneficial. However, relevant work experience and skills are usually given priority over educational qualifications.
