Full-time – From July 2023 - Permanent Contract
The client is an international private equity and investment advisory firm with offices worldwide. For their Frankfurt team of ca. 10 members, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join in July. The role includes a broad range of organizational and administrative tasks to support Managing Directors and general office operations.
Tasks
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Travel management
- Intern Management (Interview scheduling, Job Ad organisation, on/offboarding, certificate and contract management)
- Maintaining and managing ongoing office operations
- Reception and guest management
- Processing expenses and invoices, overseeing of the internal budget
- Organising team-related events and activities
- Organizing meetings, events, setting up the rooms
Requirements
- University degree or completed professional training
- Professional experience in a related position, preferred within the banking or consultancy field (not a must)
- Fluent in German and English both written and oral
- High attention to detail, great organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on work approach
