Executive Assistant (m/f/d - Frankfurt am Main

Full-time – From July 2023 - Permanent Contract

The client is an international private equity and investment advisory firm with offices worldwide. For their Frankfurt team of ca. 10 members, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join in July. The role includes a broad range of organizational and administrative tasks to support Managing Directors and general office operations.

Tasks

  • Diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Travel management
  • Intern Management (Interview scheduling, Job Ad organisation, on/offboarding, certificate and contract management)
  • Maintaining and managing ongoing office operations
  • Reception and guest management
  • Processing expenses and invoices, overseeing of the internal budget
  • Organising team-related events and activities
  • Organizing meetings, events, setting up the rooms

Requirements

  • University degree or completed professional training
  • Professional experience in a related position, preferred within the banking or consultancy field (not a must)
  • Fluent in German and English both written and oral
  • High attention to detail, great organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on work approach
