- Independent processing of all organizational and administrational tasks for our CEO, VP Metallurgy and Head of Business Development
- First contact person for all questions to the management
- International travel management (travel bookings for flights, cars, trains and travel expense reports)
- Coordination of external events, preparation and follow-up of management meetings (meeting minutes)
- Ad hoc management tasks such as the creation of beautiful Powerpoint slides and image processing
- Potential of growth: Central Contact Point for both investors, partners and costumers
- Completed professional training in executive, office management or as a Legal and notary's assistant
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field
- Talent for communication and organization, you will always appear professionally towards customers and colleagues
- You are a reliable, diligent and loyal team player with a cool head
- Very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Fluent in German and English
