We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented high-velocity B2B sales Network Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an NDM, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our subscription-based products/services to businesses. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding our customer base while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Consultative Selling: Understand customers' needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our subscription-based products/services to drive sales closures.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our subscriptions to prospective customers.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our subscription offerings in the market.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to drive customer acquisition and ensure a seamless customer experience.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Proven track record of success in high-velocity B2B sales, preferably selling subscription-based products/services.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies, with experience in consultative and solution-selling approaches.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high-volume sales pipeline and achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions and overcome objections.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with a high volume of daily prospecting activities.

  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
