Job Summary:
Performs a variety of food service operations as directed by the Kitchen Manager. Trains and develops new employees that are assigned to the kitchen.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading food service processes including teaching team members to follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
- Leading Kitchen Team to achieve restaurant’s established speed of service, taste of food, and order accuracy goals.
- Performing any of the stations needed throughout shift.
- Growing and maintaining a positive work environment based on respect.
- Ensures necessary food and material goods are available for daily meals.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open Availability
- Able to speak good English and German is a plus (not mandatory)
