We are looking for a Leasing Specialist (m/f/d) to support our NN/DACH office. You will work in our office in Cologne-Deutz and report to the Head of Development Germany. In this role you will support the Head of Development and the BU Director in managing documents related to new franchise sales, transfers, and existing locations. You will be in regular contact with the Business Developers and support them in the process to ensure that restaurateurs are able to enter the trade.You will also be responsible for inputting data into the systems and ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with the new franchise and transfer processes. You will interview potential franchisees and guide them through the application process.
Required Qualifications:
- Ideally, you already have experience in the leasing sector.
- You are responsible for all administrative tasks in the area of company leasing for the business unit DACH/ Ned/ Scandinavia.
- Reviewing and processing new leases, subleases, lease extensions, lease amendments and lease settlement agreements.
- Maintaining various reports and overviews and meeting deadlines.
- Very good knowledge in the use of all common office programs.
- Ability to familiarize yourself with new systems.
- Service-oriented approach to business partners.
- Ability to solve problems and de-escalate interactions.
- High attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- 3-5 years of work experience.
