About your future role

As the Social Media and Website Manager, you're at home in social media and love to create content. You can think of 1,000,000 ideas for posts, stories, website content, features, series, etc. Editorial planning comes easily to you and you look forward to further expanding our channels.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Germany Team. We work in a hybrid style from our office in Eschborn.

You will report to the Teamlead Digital Marketing Germany and will have tasks in the International space as well.

As a Social and Website Manager you will develop content for our website presence in Germany as well you will plan, develop and deliver independently posts and stories that are appropriate for target groups and platforms and are involved in the creation of corresponding analyses of the insights.

Your other responsibilities in this role will be:

Support, optimization and moderation of our virtual communities
Increasing the interaction rate
Point of contact for praise, criticism and other feedback - be eye, ear and mouth
Support, moderate and assist within various evaluation portals
Compiling reports and updating relevant stakeholders
Create content for our web presence regarding blog articles, landing pages and webpages in cooperation with relevant departments
Assisting with the ongoing development of our social media channels based on community, market and online development needs
Identify customer needs and derive actions to address them

Qualifications

What makes you the best person for this job?

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
Experience with common social media channels and in community management/customer service, ideally in the service sector
Digital marketing background, with experience using digital marketing tools, ideally from the payment sector
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products and can easily create graphics or content with them
Strong Power Point skills and confident use of Word, Excel and other standard software
You're not afraid of analytics, planning and publishing tools
You have a passion for social media, communication and teamwork and also follow digital trends
Hands-on experience in managing and delivering content in collaboration with agencies and stakeholders of the company
Very good German and English skills as well as knowledge of the legal basics for the online sector round off your profile

Additional traits and behaviours that would make you stand out:

Proactive with the ability to work independently with a strong self-motivation well as being a great in collaborative setups
Proven analytical skills and ability to use data to back up assumptions
Experience with translations in English
