Ihre Aufgaben
- You support Category managers in operational tasks such as filing contracts into a system, downloading templates and comparing cost proposals
- You will as well support the contract retention and analyze spend data on Excel
- Further you will issue Rfxs in ARIBA/SAP (Rfxs= vendor selection process)
Unsere Anforderungen
- Fluent in English (all communications, contracts and vendors conversations are held in this language)
- Experience in Procurement (desired)
- Analytical mind
- Good management of Excel
- Organized and strong work ethics
