Your Mission
Ubitricity is the leading charge point operator in the UK and is looking to enter new markets and build up large scale charge point networks for cities as customers. To fulfil our customers’ requirements, we are broadening our product portfolio which is supported by a multiple CPMS approach (Charge Point Management Systems). For our joined success, your job is to define and execute a multi-CPMS operations plan enabling our expansion
targets and smooth operation of our ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:
- Define a multi-CPMS operations plan to enable ubitricity broadening its product portfolio and expanding into new markets
- Execute this plan, engaging with internal Product and Operations teams as well as external CPMS providers to ensure efficient processes for rolling out and operating our charge point network in all applicable CPMS systems
- Take responsibility for well managed partnerships with external CPMS providers
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for CPMS systems on operational matters and act as interface to external CPMS providers for our Operations teams
- Ensure sustainable knowledge documentation and knowledge transfer
- Bring forward areas for improvement to constantly improve process efficiency and user experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in process management and partnership management
- Experience working in e-mobility and working with any CPMS is a strong plus
- Experience in tech and software related processes is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a very dynamic environment
- Reliable and autonomous way of working based on defined goals and milestones
